Our Hepco heat exchanger or condenser test plugs are economical for the purpose of tube testing and will outperform all other similar black neoprene plugs due to their flexible nature. The silicone will allow for maximum inside tube flexibility through temperatures, solutions and cycling.
These are available as a wing nut hand tighten version or a jam nut wrench tighten version if they need to be inserted further into the condenser or heat exchanger tube.

For more in depth detection of potential tube leaks; We recommend our Sister Company, Hennigan Engineering. They will use Helium Leak Detection, Hydrostatic Testing, and Ultra Sound Methods to determine where leaks are within the tubes.
