Our Internal Plugs are made with the same materials as our regular condenser/heat exchanger plugs, with the exception of NOT having a flanged collar to stop them from going inside the tube.

These plugs can be fully inserted inside the tube and tightened to stay in place. They can still be removed if necessary by backing off the nut and pulling out the plug. Or left in as a permanent seal and even coated or epoxied over.

Made in either 316 or 304 Stainless Steel, Brass, Titanium or Ultem 2300 nut and bolt assembly. We manufacture the washers from a non-water soluble, high heat plastic called Hytrel and the Silicone parts are made from vulcanized silicone rubber that will withstand high temperatures and cycling without breaking down.

These tube plugs are offered in either a double size (two silicone parts) or a single size (one silicone part). The single plugs are recommended for lower pressures and the doubles are for pressures up to 150 psi.
