This is a plug used for chiller tubes that are between our plug sizes for 5/8” to 3/4” 18 to 25 BWG tubes. These will fit comfortably in a 3/4” 16 BWG or .620 tube.

Typically provided in Stainless or Brass. Be sure to note any solution other than water running through the tubes for compatibility purposes with our silicone and Hytrel parts.

These plugs are designed to work the same way our standard plugs work, the difference is with the metal washers instead of our Hytrel. If operating temperatures are higher than 248F, the Hytrel collar can be replaced with a metal washer instead.
